At SSANGA TRADING (“SSANGA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that there may be instances when you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict “No Returns” policy. Please read this Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase on our ecommerce website, www.ssanga.co.za (the “Site”), and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

  1. No Returns

All sales made through our Site and Services are final. We do not accept returns for any products, regardless of the reason. Please ensure that you review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Exchanges

Although we do not accept returns, we understand that there may be cases where a product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we may offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

a. Notify us of the issue within seven (7) days of receiving the product by contacting our customer support at info@ssanga.co.za

b. Provide a detailed description of the defect or damage, along with photographic evidence.

c. Receive a written authorization from us before returning the product.

Please note that we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a product is eligible for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the same item will be in stock. If the same item is not available, we may, at our discretion, offer you an alternative product of equal or lesser value or provide you with a store credit.

  1. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

In the case of an authorized exchange, you may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or defective product to us, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item. We will inform you of the shipping costs when we authorize the exchange.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Exchange Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our Site. Your continued use of our Site and Services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
